Collaboration
Initiatives by the ALF to date include the following:

The ALF has the full support and collaboration of
the Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA), the Australian Liver Association (ALA, this being a division of the former)
and the Liver Foundation of Western Australia.
• The
ALA promotes and collaborates with, initiatives of the ALF.
• The Foundation has a Memorandum of Understanding with the ALA and GESA whose Chairpersons are Board Members of the ALF.
• The Foundation organises national symposia annually, attended by most liver specialists in Australia, with international guest speakers.
